New Features

• A new GUI button Run FDR Filter Only (Requires Completed Search) has been added. This executes only the FDR filter module on previously generated results, without re-running the search process.
• The GUI Output window now supports displaying program error messages. We recommend exporting log information via the Save Report button when reporting issues or bugs, and submitting the logs together. issue #11

Bug Fixes

• Fixed disulfide bond search when extracting spectra from RAW files. issue #5, issue #8
• Resolved some Isoleucine residues being converted to Leucine in results. issue #13
• GUI now allows setting a CPU Number beyond 32.
• Fixed rare failures in Multi-process mode running.

Other Improvements and Fixes

• Additional optimizations and known bug fixes have been implemented.
