Motivation and Context
This PR introduces a FAQ.md document specifically designed to support Service Management (L1/L2) in troubleshooting and configuring the IT-Wallet Conformance Tool.
As the tool scales, there is an increasing need for a centralized knowledge base that addresses common operational challenges—such as CLI linking issues, network resolution for federation servers (e.g., /etc/hosts configuration), and the handling of self-signed certificates in test environments. This document also provides clear guidance on versioning support (V1.0 vs. V1.3), custom test suite integration, and the interpretation of test results aligned with the official IT-Wallet Test Matrix. Providing these resources ensures faster incident resolution and smoother onboarding for teams integrating with the Italian EUDI Wallet ecosystem.
