Bumps zarr from 3.0.6 to 3.0.8.
Contains potential data loss bug fix (see https://zarr.readthedocs.io/en/v3.0.8/release-notes.html), but more relevant to us is the inclusion of zarr-developers/zarr-python#2978 (support for sharded Zarr stores with GPUs)!
