Why?
There's no extension that provides completion/validation/etc. for Panorama XML.
What?
Add completion/validation for Panorama XML files. Shouldnt have to make panorama XML its own language, as we're just adding on top of it instead of completely overriding language server/service for CSS/SCSS support.
