Reposition: 'Plan B' pill on landing + comparison table in README

Two cheap fixes after the competitive recon revealed the Anthropic-niche
Markdown-export space is more crowded than Perplexity initially suggested
(cc2md, ccexport, claude-conversation-extractor, claudit, etc.).

1. LANDING PILL TEXT
   '🆘 Account-rescue tool' -> '🆘 Plan B for your Claude memory'
   The old framing ('Account-rescue') was too narrow — implied 'only useful
   if you've been banned'. The new framing 'Plan B for your Claude memory'
   reads as preventive insurance for everyone, while still keeping the
   emotional hook intact. Same change in both docs/index.html (the deployed
   version on GitHub Pages) and the standalone landing file.

2. README COMPARISON TABLE
   Added a 'How is this different from cc2md / ccexport / ...' section
   between 'Why dialogue-only' and 'Behaviour'. Honest 12-row capability
   matrix vs four direct competitors plus claudit. Shows where we win
   (Cowork support, subagents, handoff, rescue, AI-installer, dialogue-only,
   thinking-signature stripping) and where we lose (secret redaction,
   terminal preview, multi-format).

   Closing paragraph names the audience cleanly: 'if you only want Claude
   Code -> Markdown and are a developer who'll set things up by hand, the
   alternatives are great; if you want Cowork support, portability to
   other AI agents, and a non-developer install path — this is the only
   tool today.' Both English and Russian READMEs updated symmetrically.
