chore: Clean up lockfiles and update dependencies

Removed unused package-lock.json and the deprecated bun.lockb file.

Updated various packages, including next and react-markdown, and regenerated the bun.lock file.

Modified utils/translation.js for Next.js compatibility by adding the 'use client' directive and improving locale detection.
