Phase 8 of the E2E redesign — public bootstrap doc + cleanup cron framework.
Summary
docs/e2e-bootstrap.md: maintainer-facing setup + recovery runbook. Covers SIGNER funding, fixture-domain registration (tool-managed vs test-managed), recovery from registry redeploys, branch-protection setup, and the manual Sentry-dashboard one-time step..github/workflows/e2e-cleanup.yml: Sunday 04:00 UTC cron. Stub today (nothing to sweep). Will get real sweep logic when Phase 5e (modable) ships rotating state.CLAUDE.mdE2E section: updated Bootstrap bullet to point at the new doc; added Cleanup cron bullet.Out of scope
This closes the original 8-phase master plan modulo 5e/5f.
