Lift the post-clone 'edit with claude' Next-steps line into a testable sibling helper (editWithClaudeStep) and cover both the tutorial and plain-mod variants. Tidy the prompt copy to (prompt: "start tutorial") and add the missing changeset for this user-facing change.
