Gas City is maintained by a small team. To keep the issue tracker actionable, please route reports to the right place and include enough detail for someone else to reproduce or evaluate them.
- Read the README, docs, CONTRIBUTING.md, and TESTING.md.
- Search existing issues before opening a new one.
- Reduce the problem to a minimal reproduction when you can.
- Reproducible bugs and regressions: use the bug report issue form.
- Documentation gaps or unclear instructions: use the documentation issue form.
- Scoped proposals with a concrete use case: use the feature request form.
- Security vulnerabilities: do not open a public issue. Follow SECURITY.md.
- The Gas City version or commit SHA you tested.
- Your environment: OS, shell, runtime provider, and any container or Kubernetes details.
- Exact steps to reproduce the issue.
- Expected behavior versus actual behavior.
- Logs, screenshots, or traces that materially narrow the problem.
- There is no separate discussion forum or real-time support channel at this time.
- Issues that are too broad, not reproducible, or missing context may be closed until they are narrowed.
- If you find a docs gap while trying to use the project, open a documentation issue with the page path and the missing or incorrect content.
