According to @nilason GRASS cannot support Python 3.7.6 and 3.8.1. Since GeoFlood requires GRASS as a dependency, we should explicitly state that GeoFlood does not support Python 3.7.6 and 3.8.1 somewhere in documentation and maybe do a Python version check in pygeonet_configure.py
