Possible duplicate sequences in the ANDV dataset #24

Description

Describe the possible issue

The sequences with PPX accessions PP_006W0QL.1, PP_006W0RJ.1, PP_006W0SG.1, PP_006W0TE.1, PP_006W0PN.1 are all part of a series of cell passages

Evidence of the problem

Snippet of the publication explaining the methodology

To identify genotypic differences associated with golden hamster model outcome phenotype, we sequenced the S, M, and L genomic segments of ANDV/ARG p0 (sampled from the long-tailed colilargo). The resulting isolate was seeded in Vero E6 cells for analysis of p3, p9 (14), and p19, as well as lung-tissue homogenates from golden hamsters exposed to ANDV/ARG p9.

Suggested change

The sequences PP_006W0QL.1, PP_006W0RJ.1, PP_006W0SG.1, PP_006W0TE.1 should be revoked. Maintain sequence PP_006W0PN.1 - strain Andes/ARG-O.I.444 which is the original isolate from the long tailed colilargo as shown in table S1 of the supplementary materials. The human blood sample with PPX accession PP_006W0UC.1 used in the publication should also be maintained.
