I tried restarting the keycloak pod and the error stays the same -> we determined this was a cloning issue and restarted the db

1. backend compression migration is successful: fields removed from database
2. try to revise existing sequence after revision: ebola PP_00003PJ.4 and CCHF: PP_00322LJ.2 -> successful
3. submit new CCHF sequence: PP_004DRRW.1
