To test:

• CCHF grouping changes should send a notification -> run the revoke and regroup cronjob afterwards and confirm changes are ok and no more notifications/changes afterwards

• andes grouping is as expected and after running revoke and regroup cronjob rerunning ingest does not lead to more changes (hash works correctly)

• confirm ingest works well with new host and sequences dont all get a version bump

• run the sql script for db migration, confirm succeeds

• update commit to point to prepro changes

• reprocess all data and confirm reprocessing succeeds after ingest and prepro changes
