Moves the supplementary plot trace palette into the brand config (
BRAND.tracePalette), so a re-branded build can supply a palette that doesn't clash with its accent (e.g. a red-accent brand dropping the leading red). Default palette is unchanged → pathsim plots look identical.npm run checkclean.
