rate limited

this worked really well once or twice, but it did not take long for it to :-

"YouTube rate limit or IP block; try again later or another network"

is there any way we can resolve this ?

Unfortunately not really, except for the classical VPN solution. But I could process about 510 Videos, than I had a cooldown of 6h for the next 510. Not perfect - but I should be fine for gathering data at a normal scale.
