No way to spread props to the ChatbotHeaderSelectorDropdown MenuToggle

RHOAI is playing with enabling a LLama-stack playground UI and noticed that they cannot conditionally disable the ChatbotHeaderSelectorDropdown. That'd require props to be passed to the MenuToggle of the dropdown.
