AgentReady: patternfly-cli — assess + low-hanging fruit

Reference implementation for teammates: run an AgentReady evaluation on a single repo, publish evidence on this issue, then land small, high-value fixes and link the work.

Workflow

1. Baseline AgentReady — Run the assessment and attach the report (HTML and/or Markdown) to this issue before remediation work begins.
2. Remediate — Address low-hanging fruit from the report (docs, structure, tests, CI, conventions—keep changes scoped and reviewable).
3. Post-remediation — Attach an updated AgentReady report after changes land (or note the report path if committed in-repo).
4. Link PRs — Add links to every pull request that implements remediation (in the issue description or comments).
