react-ssr-prepassversion bump is needed for the react-repo to bump to React 19.Expanding the allowed version to include 19 works with the framework, but the build fails when I do so for the site package. Still investigating that, but it's possible that the react repo or other extensions need to also allow 19 for it.
May wait on merging this until 6.2 release is out and site is updated from that before messing too much with versions.
