Issue #10897 happens with Patternfly 6 as well. The fix seems to be missing from PF6.

The workaround for this bug in the Cockpit tests (reloading the page) is not foolproof, unfortunately. After the reload, the elements in question might still have zero width in the componentDidMount method of NavList.
