Bug - Table - 6.3.0 prerelease test issues

Encountered test breakage with react-table 6.3.0-prerelease.29. When I remove the hasAnimations attribute from my tables, tests succeed as expected.

If this is a result from running codemods I don't think this should be considered a bug for React, since running that codemod assumes opting into new functionality, which for Table requires some manual lift from the consumer. We could include some verbiage in release highlights and/or the codemod rule README outlining what updates may typically be needed (though this may also depend on each individual implementation in a product).

This is not a result of running codemods. I also noticed that when hasAnimations is used, table rows cannot be expanded. I believe this is preventing ExpandableRowContent child elements (in this case, a nested table) from being rendered, which is why my tests cannot find expected text and fail.
