[BulkSelect] Request to add dropdownListProps for greater control

Hey PatternFly team!

Currently, we can pass props to the checkbox via menuToggleCheckboxProps, but there's no equivalent for the dropdown part.

Could you please consider exposing a prop like dropdownListProps (or similar) to allow this?
