Bugs after test installation

- [x] `haveged` not installed
- [x] no `.gnupg/gpg.conf` and `.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf` files
- [ ] in default KDE panel is still present
- [ ] vivaldi doesn't sync settings resulting in lack of my theme
- [ ] no nextcloud autoconfig
- [ ] no git-lfs installation
- [ ] lack of Notes symlink
