Hi!
I send you the changes I have to make to have the deployment to kubernetes (v1.12.1) working.
Mainly, I had problems with db initialization and node name resolution.
Also, I complete the postgis extension installation and correct strange ssl errors in pgpool dockerfile.
May be I should have splat my pull request in smaller ones :)
