I'm getting a red banner as an admin for a patient community for quite some time now that this plugin needs attention in the new Discourse. As a humble but grateful user community we please ask you to provide the requested updates to this plugin.

An admin notice is appearing in the Discourse interface indicating that the discourse-landing-pages plugin contains outdated code that requires an update.
Error Message
The banner shows the following message (originally in Dutch):
[Beheerdersmededeling] Plug-in 'discourse-landing-pages' bevat code die moet worden bijgewerkt. (id:discourse.resolver-resolutions)
English translation:
[Admin Notice] Plug-in 'discourse-landing-pages' contains code that needs to be updated. (id:discourse.resolver-resolutions)
