`console` object definition missing from ISO 21757

Describe the bug
Only recently did i realize ISO 21757 does not include console object, which is quite commonly used in a lot of existing files. I wonder if it's intentional to exclude this from the spec?

There may have been an intentional decision to remove it, as not all vendors support console and/or all the console methods Adobe specified. I don't recall... @lrosenthol? @philspreier?

By the way, just a comment that i personally found WHATWG's interface based description syntax (see https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/ for examples) has been much more ergonomic for reading than the current form of ISO 21757... though not sure if there's any possibility for reorganizing the materials into something similar in the future.

I think everybody agrees that when the current ISO writing rules are applied to software/API-centric documents, the results are less than useful for the intended reader base and how such technical documents are used in real life. Unfortunately, ISO writing rules are mandated. They will also change later in 2026, so maybe things will get better...
