"You" refers to the copyright holder or an entity authorized by the copyright holder. "Contribution" refers to any source code, documentation, or modifications you submit to Pdnode L.L.C.
You grant Pdnode L.L.C. a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable copyright license allowing us to copy, modify, publicly display, and distribute your contributions.
You grant Pdnode L.L.C. a perpetual, royalty-free patent license. If the code you submit involves your patent, you agree that we and project users may use it free of charge.
You warrant that:
The contribution is entirely created by you, or you have the legal right to sublicense it.
The contribution does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
Unless required by applicable law, your contributions are made on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranty of any kind.
You understand that Pdnode L.L.C has no obligation to use your submitted contributions in any product or service.
