Missing transparent window mode in app

I am using the latest version of the application 3.11.0 from youtube-music_3.11.0_amd64.deb.

Maybe I simply didn’t notice the button or didn’t understand how to enable this feature, but I can’t find the transparent window mode in this application.

My OS is Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS on Xorg.

Plugins > Transparent Player. But it doesn't work how it's supposed to.

I was wondering the same thing. The transparency plugin seem to be for Windows only, per:

@Lyosey It's a new plugin, tho currently only for Windows devices. So if you're on a Mac or on Linux, you won't see the plugin at all.

On Linux, there are various other methods of achieving this afaik.

I'm wondering about adding plugin documentation to this repo or smth, there are so many that are in various states of dev though, so it's understandable why there is little info on them. Just how OSS goes sometimes :)
