What's being added
UnfoldCMS — Self-hosted CMS on Laravel 12 + React 19 + shadcn/ui with REST API v1 (42 endpoints), HMAC-signed webhooks, and headless mode for Next.js, Astro, SvelteKit, and Nuxt.
Why it fits
Fits the existing CMS / HEADLESS section in utils-php.md. UnfoldCMS is a PHP/Laravel CMS with headless capabilities — same category as Directus and Cockpit already listed.
