There's no loss of bits, only sign presentation can be different.
mtest based tests are obsolite, so tc infix is not necessary anymore.
PBM-1682: mongo-tools bump related cleanup
Adds native OCI Object Storage support with config wiring, inline user-principal credentials, streaming uploads, object read/list/stat/delete operations, and a copy fallback. Follow-ups include concurrent downloader support, native OCI copy, additional auth modes, and retry/timeout tuning.
Replaces the OCI copy fallback with CopyObject work-request polling so PBM no longer downloads and reuploads objects during storage copy operations. Includes failure detail handling for asynchronous copy work requests and focused unit coverage for request construction and error formatting.
