K8SPG-613: use percona-pgbackrest image

DESCRIPTION

This PR makes it possible to use the image from this PR: percona/percona-docker#1149 as a pgbackrest image.

This PR also adds a new field .spec.initImage to the ./deploy/cr.yaml
