Exposing volumeSpec.persistentVolumeClaimRetentionPolicy in operator

Hello,
Are there any plans to exposing volumeSpec.persistentVolumeClaimRetentionPolicy in the operator for MongoDB?

Use-Case

When scaling down an RS the PVCs attached to it are not cleaned up and we cannot overwrite volumeSpec.persistentVolumeClaimRetentionPolicy as the operator would overwrite it next time it reconciles an STS.

Is this a feature you are interested in implementing yourself?
