Hi @patrickbirch, The contents of docs/release-notes/8.0.46-38.md file look good to me. I'm approving the PR.
But, for the rest of the PR, I suggest requesting review from the QA team to verify the steps to download packages from the private repos.
Also, Linkspector/linkspector check has failed. I'm not sure if it means anything serious.
