Don't re-open the tree view when changing tabs

Related to issue #19, but this happens even without other plugins.

If I manually close the tree view then I don't want it re-opened automatically every time I tab between two files that are already open.

At the moment, I select a few files that I want to work on, close the tree view and then tab between the open files to work on them, but the tree view opens again every time I change tabs.

I second this. Having the same behavior as @SamWilliamsUK, super annoying.

If I toggle off the auto reveal flag, the behavior stops. I'd like it to auto-reveal ONLY if the sidebar is currently visible. If the side bar is not visible, i'd rather it not toggle it on.
