i18n: Complete Swedish translation (3625/3625 strings)

Summary

Complete Swedish (sv) translation of pgAdmin4 — all 3625 strings translated (100% coverage).

Changes

• 357 new translations for previously untranslated strings
• 1 duplicate entry fix (on had an empty duplicate)
• 1 format string fix (%(provider)s was incorrectly translated by the translation tool)
• All translations reviewed for PostgreSQL terminology consistency

Translation approach

• Existing 3268 translations reviewed and kept (minor improvements where needed)
• New translations done with DeepL Pro + manual review for database/SQL terminology
• SQL keywords (SELECT, INSERT, CREATE, etc.) kept in English
• PostgreSQL terms (tablespace, schema, role, etc.) kept in English where standard
• UI terms translated consistently: Save=Spara, Cancel=Avbryt, Delete=Ta bort, Properties=Egenskaper
