Bumps the pagy gem from 43.5.6 to 43.6.0 in Gemfile.lock (version and checksum only). Pagy is pulled in as a madmin dependency and powers admin list pagination; this repo does not use Searchkick or Elasticsearch paginators, so the 43.6.0 max_result_window change does not apply here.
