I’ve already claimed ACIC in the parent thread and am creating this standalone issue for clean tracking, as @ankurankan said.

Scope

• Add ACIC 2016 dataset loader
• Expose via list_datasets / load_dataset
• Add loader tests following existing dataset patterns

Why ACIC 2016

• It’s the standard, widely used benchmark and a good, stable starting point.
