perf(pgo): refresh PGO profile (#2414)

Automated refresh of `caddy/frankenphp/default.pgo` from
`65abcbbf6ee1791d364b3ac5f9cb05d866228440`, generated with
`BENCH_SEC=30` across every script in `profiles/app/` in both regular
and worker mode.
