Why this layout

• I followed this layout in order to keep things simple and not radically different from the current PHP branding.
• At the same time, I focused on bringing a clean and modern visual.

How it Meets the Criteria

• Mobile-first
• Accessibility oriented
• Small assets
• Localizable
• System fonts
• Vanilla HTML/CSS
• No JavaScript
• No external deps
• On-brand with the current PHP design
• Uses existing 8.5 content as data
