Admin Login hangs about 30sec

Hi there,
with latest Version we had this problems. i straced it down to
https://download.phplist.org/version.json
https://checkinstall.phplist.com/

cant resolved in different locations.

I did in config.php
define('ALLOW_UPDATER', 0);

AND!
removed the Updater Plugin from disk.

now it works ...
....
