Describe the bug
While viewing a zone, if you click the Gear icon next to a host and choose "Refresh Certificate", you will get the window included in the screenshot below. If you click the "Show certificate details" button, you will get a message saying "Host does not exist in this zone".
The link points to http://phpssl-dev.example.com/admins/zones/example.com/admins/certificates/example.com/0x5D000000B9DC3DEEF76BA842F60000000000B9/, but admins/zones/example.com/ does not belong in the link.

Steps To Reproduce
- Go to Certificates > Zones.
- Click on a zone.
- Click on the gear icon next to a host, and choose Refresh certificate.
- See a screen similar to the screenshot below.
- Click the "Show certificate details" link.
- See the message "Host does not exist in this zone". Screenshot below.
