Wireguard Documentation - Access Internal Devices needs updating

Hi, I ran in to the issue in this discourse where Unbound stops working after configuring Wireguard:

Using the updated NFT commands there sorts it. The commands and the example in the doc need updating:

Not sure why this pull hasn't been approved but was struggling for weeks trying to fix the problem after following the docs. This is the proper fix.
