chore: remove app-store catalogue CI from platform repo (#272)

Keep the platform repo's app-store footprint to catalogue.json data entries only.
The review-gate verifier and submission CI live entirely in pilot-protocol/app-template;
publishing automation validates each bundle before it ever opens a catalogue PR here,
so a second in-repo gate is redundant.
