catalogue: remove io.pilot.agentphone (non-functional — broker unregistered) (#344)

catalogue: remove io.pilot.agentphone

The agentphone managed app is published but non-functional: the broker has no
registry entry for it, so every method 404s with unknown-app before reaching
the vendor. Remove it from the catalogue until broker registration is done.
Re-signed with the catalogue release key.
