AgentPhone — a real US/CA phone number for agents (voice, SMS/iMessage, conversations) over REST. Managed app: the Pilot broker holds the master key and meters each user against a $5 budget. 4 signed platform bundles on prod R2; catalogue.json re-signed (verifies against the embedded catalogtrust key). Rebased on latest main + re-signed after an intervening catalogue update.
