[QuantityValues] Implement `search` column filter

Hi Team,

we want to implement a SearchInput field in the QuantityValues tab and need a custom columnFilter type for that. Please implement a type: search filter into the collections endpoint which filters all column fields.

The quantity value endpoint is:
/pimcore-studio/api/unit/quantity-value/units/collection

We already have the same in the redirects tab. The logic should be the same.
