[Website Settings] sorting with multiple pages only sorts active page

Steps to reproduce

• Login as admin
• Open the website settings
• Create more than 20 entries
• Sort by type or value
• Navigate to another page

Actual behaviour

• Sorting only works on the first page

Expected behaviour

• Entries should be sorted on all pages

Environment

• Studio Nightly
• Windows
• Google Chrome

I created 11 new entries of type text and sorted by type. The row with name '1' was shown on page 1 and page 2.

@heigpa I have found an additional backend bug that was layered into this behaviour. With the above PR one can expect stable pagination. :)

@heigpa @martineiber The above backend fix will unfortunately not work as we do not always have ids present. As discussed Martin will work on improved sorting.
