[Saved Searches][Grid] UI Improvements

• Header -> has to follow our header for such cases: http://localhost/storybook/index.html?path=/story/components-layout-header--with-actions. We have recently have the case of using it for additional expanded context grid, such as this one. It was used for the workflows widget in the dashboards -> when the user wants to open up all entries from a specific workflow step.

1. The title has to be the name of the saved search.
2. The search has to be on the very right
3. Paddings, spacing, etc. -> following the header story

• Toolbar -> use the usual secondary toolbar (I guess its this onehttp://localhost/storybook/index.html?path=/story/components-layout-toolbar--secondary)

1. Language switch left
2. Refresh + Pagination right
3. Paddings, spacings, etc -> following the story specs

Optional, brainstorming:

• Full width grid - is it possible to fill up the width of the content area?
