Quick sync for ECS failed After some ECS deployments failed like below⇣

Failed to create ECS task set 〇〇-ecs-service: failed to create ECS task set arn:aws:ecs:ap-northeast-1:〇〇:task-definition/〇〇-family:291: operation error ECS: CreateTaskSet, https response error StatusCode: 400, RequestID: 〇〇, InvalidParameterException: 5 deployments exist on the service. Unable to create new TaskSet since this exceeds the maximum limit.

It can be solved by deleting service.

aws ecs delete-task-set --cluster 〇〇-ecs-cluster --service 〇〇-ecs-service --task-set arn:aws:ecs:ap-northeast-1:〇〇:task-set/〇〇-cluster/〇〇-ecs-service/ecs-svc/{tasksetID} --force

Is there a solution on PipeCD?

Until now, piped deleted all the task sets and synced them again.
New version now only terminates task sets managed by pipecd 🙏
This is a breaking change.
So we'll describe it in next release notes.
