GUI torrents are failing due to redirect mismatch

Webseed URLs for the GUI packages don't redirect and they land on 404s.

Apologies, the 2 cli/gui are marked as pre-release, i am waiting for getmonero admin to add the new redirect for monero-gui-vx.x.x.x >_<

i've just added 3 seeds with 'some' bandwidth for the gui files. this issue will track the the gui redirects. when closed they will be active 👍

still not fixed but i will chase it up again. ive added a neat check that uses --spider (check if file exists but dont download) to confirm webseed coverage of all files in #80 , i should make it fail the workflow so the red cross of shame haunts us
