chore(deps): bump xmldom and @pnp/nodejs

Removes [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@pnp/nodejs](https://github.com/pnp/pnpjs). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `xmldom`

Updates `@pnp/nodejs` from 2.0.0 to 2.15.0
